I suggest you quit complaining or get lost. I'm not running a web site to get a bunch of flack over not originally posting my sources. If you don't like it here, go back to TWCC. Obviously you've never had any problems there.

Just found out that Heidi Cullen will no longer host Climate Code/Forecast Earth, though she'll still be a contributor. She's being replaced by someone named Natalie Allen. On the bad sidde, though, FE is being lengthened from 30 minutes to one hour per episode.

Is it possible to disable the marquee feature? I like it but its getting really annoying and disabling the feature, would not tempt me to start another marquee sig.

Umm, if you think the marquee is annoying, it's not that hard to go into your signature and change it.

That's exactly my sentiment. I can't help it if you can't resist the urge to turn it back on. :no;

I don't beleive there's a way to disable it. Your just gonna have to resist the urge. Besides, even if there were a way to disable marquees, I couldn't do it. It wouldn't be fair to everyone else.

Your looking at everyone. This is pretty much the norm any more. Why? Beats me. But its got to pick up or else I'm throwing in the towel. we had our worst month ever last month. I'm not paying for that.

I have midyear exams coming up soon so I might not be on as much. That might be the case with others too, which could be the reason why activity is lower than normal. Just give it another month and see how it goes. I'd hate to see this site go because I have very little interest in the pre-2000 days of TWC.

You may not have an interest in pre-2000 TWC, but it seems that you and many others are as active, if not more so, on TWCC's 2000-present boards than you are here. The one thing you all can do to show me that this site means something to you guys is to use it as THE source for everything TWC 2000-present. I don't mean to sound harsh towards Matt, but he does just fine with all of his pre 2000 stuff. He won't be hurting if you stop using his site/forum for 2000-present stuff. Many of you guys have (or at least had) links to TWCT in your sigs over there. that's another thing you all could do to help and to show some interest and support. If you don't have a link in your sig on other weather/TWC sites, put one there! Show your TWCT spirit! You all have no problem showing your loyalty to TWCC. Let's show some for TWCT!  :sunglasses:

I am more than willing to give it more time. But here's the thing: this ain't a free ride for me anymore. I'm now paying to have this site up. And I also pay for the very domain this site resides in. I at least want to feel as though I'm not just throwing my money into a black hole. And when I look at the stats and see that the general trend has been downward over the pat few month's, it sends up a red flag.

Well, for the record, if you ever have a problem with anything, let me know (PM is preferable). Most of the time I see people complain, but don't really know why. If you actually let me know of an issue I can take care of it much more effectively than if I have to guess what the problem is.

BTW, that doesn't help brighten what has turned into a very dim outlook for the site. I go through all the hard work, to be told that you don;t visit the site?
