Yeah, this is an emulator. Couldn't you tell by the radar from the clip I posted above?

He's talking about the Air Quality Forecast picture you posted.

The picture that Derek posted is from his After Effects emulator.

Yeah but I didn't see the radar, only the AQ pic, and you can't tell from the pic that its an emulator.

Take a look at this attached picture. This is the radar screen from the very same LF. See how the state line is very fat?

Like I said, I didn't see that before. 

I posted a link to the video yesterday.

With the eccentric posting habits of some people, things get swept to previous pages quite quickly, and I generally don't browse past pages of a thread.

I don't get it...

Before 2004, only Southern California had the Air Quality Forecast (4000 only). By 2004, almost all headends had the Air Quality Forecast (A feature of the IntelliStar). However, not all headends had decided to upgrade to the IS.

Thats what I don't get. San Jose is not in Southern California.

According to Reuters, preliminary bids for The Weather Channel are due next week. Article:
