So why exactly have we gone form everyone posting like crazy in the game room, to everyone not posting at all? 

They probably decided to cut down posting there after hearing that more strict rules may be placed.

They didn't cut down Mike, they cut OFF. I just want to control things in there a little better. People are more than welcomed to continue posting in a civilized fashion all they want.

Its when a person posts repeatedly for no reason. 15-20 posts a day per person in the  describe your emotions thread is too many. No ones emotions change that many times per day. Same for the Say Something Random thread. How many random things do you have to say in one day?

See, this is why I hate you guys. I try to take control of an obviously out of control situation, and somehow in your warped minds you think I'm outlawing posting completely. When did I ever say posting in the game room made me angry? Never. Maybe you don;t understand the difference between casual posting, and post whoreism?

You guys are welcome to post in the game room. Just follow the rules, and don't get out of control.

Because its the weekdays. The game room situation happened on the weekends when every1 is usually online.

BTW, why does my IP address keep changing???   It changed 3 times in 5 minutes.

you guys post in there everyday, not just weekends.

No Krishnan, programming knowledge is not necessary. The main web design languages (PHP, HTML, XML, Javascript) are not programming languages, but rather scripting or markup languages, which are much simpler.
