LO, ya'll want to hear something funny? Last night over at the 4000 emulator board there was a situation which resulted in me ending up with some warnings and with my posts being moderated. Even though no one else got punished, I figured that was still relatively fair. But I get up this morning and log on to find that my account has been temporarily suspended. The funny part is this: how in the world did that come about, when I couldn't post?!!!!

It proves that Bill is without question the biggest asshole ever to grace this earth. And the beta testers aren't without blame. THey let the place go to hell until this kinda thing happens. I sure hope Kyle gets on the ball with our emulator project, because I will no longer be visiting that site. Surely you all have also noticed how folks like apoecker, Curt, etc. have seemingly been allowed to do as they please, and its with that in mind that I urge everyone here who goes there to stop.

Who said they went unpunished?

Bill's actions. They speak much louder than words ever could.

It totally looks like they've dropped ceiling information from the LDL. 

That absolutley sucks.

At 12:49 AM ET, they showed a Global Forecast opener, then cut to a desk shot where Kristin should've been sitting, but there was just an empty chair. Then a few moments later they went to a map of Europe.

Reminds me of a blooper that happened years ago where Jeff Morrow was in the studio and tossed it over to Gene Rubin at the desk, but all that was there was a spinnnig chair.

I expect to see lots of bloopers, problems, etc. today. Anytime you have brand new equipment being put into use for the first time that sort of ting is practically inevitable.

Well we're certainly glad you found us! I can imagine how it might have taken you (and probably everyone else that started at TWCC) awhile to find us, as by looking at their forum you'd be hard pressed to realize that the current stuff now has a site of its own.

Anyway, sorry we can't be of more help in figuring out your TWCHD issue. I do know, though, that Comcast is very haphazard about adding new HD channels. 

Alex, I was referring to my post where I asked him the same question.  :sunglasses:

Yes (I think it's called the digital enhanced or something?), and we get the sports channels, all the history/a&e/tlc/food, etc., and CNNHD....I don't think there is an "upgrade" we'd need here that we're not getting.

Do you have the HD dual tuner dvr box from motorola? also welcome to twctoday uvatexan

Do you have an HD calbe box? You can't get HD channels with a standard box.

That's a good way to get them to join.

I didn't see where you did anything particularly fabulous to get them to join yourboard. I wouldn't think you'd be so inclined to speak, seeing as it practically fell in your lap. Show some appreciation.

Oh, and on an unrelated note, someone is posting about Jennifer Lopez in your classic TWC boards.
