AT 541 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER
CHASE...MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 23 MPH.

THIS STORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO
50 MPH.

THE COMMUNITIES OF PERRYMAN...ABERDEEN AND HAVRE DE GRACE WILL BE
AFFECTED BY THIS STORM.

I've come up with what I believe to be a suitable compromise. There's no mistaking it for shouting, yet gets the point across and is different from the two thread titles at TWCC (one of which has since been removed, BTW).

BTW Tyler, I thought bad news wasn't allowed on your forum anymore?

It was meant more for emphasis than to shout. As you surely agree, this is a pretty major breaking story.  :sunglasses:

Not to mention that both suggestions were used on your forum. I don't like to look like a mirror image of another site. Need we go back into that whole individuality discussion? 

I will, however, see if I can come up with some suitable compromise. Of course, if you have suggestions (that didn't appear on your site) I welcome them.  :sunglasses:

Yes, but it is a suberb of a larger city, which would be Chicago, in Illinois

He didn't say anything about the size of the city. He jsut said it was a major city, and both Indianapolis and Chicago fit the bill.
