Although most WS 4000's that are being upgraded are being upgraded to the XL, the Intellistar is far cheaper and has more features. Most 4000's and XLs that remain exist in areas that there would be no point to have Intellistar. These include rural, sparsely populated, or mountainous areas. If the specific cable provider/headend decides that it is necessary to change to the Intellistar because the area is populated enough and coverage area warrants it, then they will do so. But if the area is sparsely populated and/or large, then the headend will likely either stay with 4000 or upgrade to XL if they have the money.

Its hard to explain. Simply put, when I watch her, I simply don't feel that way about her.
I'm glad that you like the site. I work very hard every day to make it the best it can be.
As for our differing opinions, well that's what this forum is all about! It'd be a pretty boring place if we all had the same opinion of everything all the time.

Correction, the only remaining original that we actually see on air. Stu Ostro is still there. He's a senior meteorologist now, and very seldom appears on air.
