General Weather Chat / Training Thunderstorms?

I've got a question for the weather knowledgeable here. WxScan has a special weather statement scroll on right now, and in the scroll it says that Doppler Radar has indicated training thunderstorms over Baltimore. What is a training thunderstorm? One that's training to be a full-fledged thunderstorm (quirky joke )? Not sure I've ever heard that term before.

Actually, yes they can. (I logged out and I could still see that Victor was warned) Though, they can only see whether or not that person is warned, not why that person was warned.

I'll have to look into that then, because I don't want it visible to others at all. That's a private thing, IMO.

I've posted the problem(s) over on the SMF support board. All I can do right now is wait for some help. I really don't know what to tell you guys. 

Is this for individual boards?

Also, I noticed that one of the errors talks about checking database storage space, so I did, but we haven't even used 1/4 of our allotted space.
