What are you on? No such thing ever went on at TWCC. Nor was it ever talked about AFAIK.

Regardless, its here now and that's all that matters. I really couldn't careless about TWCC, whether this project was ever supposed to happen there, or any other aspect of this. You snooze you loose as far as I'm concerned, and apparently they snoozed. With Matt wanting to go for my jugular now, I'm happy to add any new feature I can to keep TWCT at the top of the pack.

Shit, this day in age I'd rather take the bus. With gas prices where they are, I'd save gas wherever I could. Bus comes early? Such is life.

No, that song hasn't been used. I think you might be thinking of Watermelon Man by Herbie Hancock. Sounds very similar.

In related news, I've now made a board for posting emulator videos, since this is a) something I've always wanted to do, b)something that's been requested pretty frequently, and c) something I CAN do now that I no longer have to worry about upsetting Lord Matthew. You may post videos from any emulator, including the 4000.

This was actually Martin's idea, not mine, for the record.  :cool3:

You'd have to ask Martin or cc17926. I don't think so though.

Its good to see him being goofy again. Hopefully that means he's doing well at this point.

I am very proud to announce that TWC Today is now the home of the WeatherScan XL emulator project, which is ran by Brian (cc17926) from Taiganet, and our very own Martin!

The boards for the project are at the bottom of the main forum page.  B)

Man, those forest fires in the pine barrens have made my town smell like smoke all day! I actually don't really mind the smell though... pretty much smells like a campground.

Vic, has your area smelt like smoke at all the past few days?

Mmmm..just thinking about that makes me wanna be there.  :D

I'm 99.999% positive. If the one in NYC is incorrect, then there is an Andrew Korus in Chicago, who would be the next choice - which could lead to something very interesting.

FYI, if anyone wishes to contact him, or any artist for that matter, you can send BMI you're email/letter/fax, and they'll send it to the person on your behalf. Not that I think it would make any difference in this case. I think ASCAP will do the same.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you come to be so positive that this Andrew Korus is the right one?

I agree about BMi. I don't think it will make any difference at all. At least in this case.

What I did was, I went on his BMI repertoire. He is listed as "ANDREW W. KORUS". So I typed that, including the "W." into Anywho.com or Whitpages.com, and it listed one in New York. Alternatively, there is a match, without the "W." in Chicago, IL. But sometimes middle names/initials are not listed, so I can only be 99% sure.

I see. Well then maybe you DO have the right guy.
