It is quite quiet there indeed. But Matt has become a detriment to himself, quite honestly. I think he's been arrogant one too many times and its finally biting him back. If he doesn't wake up and smell the turds soon he's gonna run TWCC right into the ground. A good start would be to realize that he is, in fact, mortal and can be defeated. Once he realizes "hey, wait, I'm not the indestructible force I thought I was", he'll realize he needs to change his ways. Only Wal-Mart can do what it wants without fear of reprecussions.  :P

^ All I can really say. Good luck though. And I hope my tutorials help :)

Trust me, they will be a tremendous help.

I hope I haven't come off sounding unappreciative. Nothing could be further from the truth. You guys have no idea just how much I appreciate all your help.  B)

Alright, guys, I've done some serious thinking over the past few days, and I think that instead of using Billy's design at this time I'd like to try making my own design. I feel that it's my responsibility, since this is my site. Sometimes I get a little overwhelmed, intimidated even, at the thought of having to design a site with my meager skills. Unlike Matt I don't have a right hand man at my side to help with site design at my beckon. Hell, he doesn't even have to beckon. Tyler does it on his own quite often.

Billy, this is not personal. I love your work very much. I realize you may be very upset with me, and you have every right to be since you won the vote fair and square. But I hope that you'll eventually understand.  B)

Bottom line: I just think its something that I need and want to learn to do myself. Its just my nature. I hate depending on others for anything I could do myself.

Well he's online at his Youtube quite often, But to be honest more than half of his posts were in the Game Room

Sorry Vic but I respectfully disagree. I've reviewed his posts, and they appear to be pretty evenly distributed around the forum. He seemed to have posted just as much in other parts of the forum as in the game room.

No, I mean there are people who join say they are new members here and then they dont even bother to log in after joining.

Yeah, this forum is way more active than TWCC. I really like it, TWCC is basically a ghost town now.
Squizz was not one of those. He had racked up quite a few posts and was quite active here for awhile. I thought for sure he was going to be one of our better members in no time.

So...I just read over on TWCC that NBC WxPlus will be replaced by TWC once it goes off the air. This, of course, came from Roland, who, of course, found it on Wikipedia. Just another reason I'm glad that douchebag is no longer a member here. He'd be gone even if he hadn't sexually harassed one of my members. If Matt wants to put up with him, fine by me. If he wants to turn a blind eye to Roland's fouls, so be it. But its only making him look bad.

I was just at the mall today, and they had Santa's cabin up, with a whole line of little kids in line to meet him.
So why didn't you go up to him and ask him what you wanted for Christmas?  :P

I think Santa would give him some pretty strange looks when he says, "I want a WeatherStar 4000 for Christmas!"

I think he;d let out the biggest ho ho ho you ever did hear hear hear.  :P :rofl2: :rofl2:

Does anyone know what happened to Squizz? He barely posted here in the past month, he used to post here a lot. I've seen him on his Twitter account and youtube.
Just another newbie who lost interest in the forum I bet.

Your kidding right? With all that's going on around here these days? Have you noticed how much more active we've become than TWCC? If he's lost interest, than the forum thing just isn't for him.

Wow, it's 72º outside! What month are we in again?

EDIT: Now we're under a Tornado Watch! Hope we'll see another warning again!

Yep, 72 with a tornado watch here too.

Very unusual weather for November, indeed.

Trying to decide whether to post this here or in the PBS. Anyways, has anyone else noticed an explosion of car commercials on TV lately? Now they've started "Christmasing" them up. Hate to tell 'em, but NO ONE is going to be buying a car this Christmas.

My cousin is actually a car salesman. The dealership that he works at has been doing very poorly this year.

All car dealerships have done poorly this year. Many around here have gone belly up.

EDIT: Speaking of car commercials, you know what really peeves me? The auto industry is asking the government for bailouts because they have no money, yet somehow they still find money for all these commercials. Real odd, that.  :hammer:

They're starting it earlier and earlier each year for one reason: money. ;)

Exactly. And they know its going to be a bad year this year so their trying to get a jump start.

You didn't have to find the damn thing Chris.

Yeah I'm doubtful about that too. Just don't see TWC having any interest in starting the Christmas music sooner.
