I've just found on YouTube a video of Baltimore County's WxStar 4000 form 1994! I've been dying to see some videos of our 4000! It's a shame that the flavor in this video is a crappy one that doesn't show me very much.

Anyone know what song that is? It sounds like Barcelona by Ottmar Liebert..only I didn't realize that song aired in 1994....

I'm not getting up too early. I really didn't see much of anything good. You'd think stores would cut prices a little more in these hard times. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this years sale a 5.

I'll be honest. The only time I shopped any of those stores is Black Friday, because they DID occassionally have some good deals then. But I never shop any of those stores at any other time.

As for 300+ members, congrats!  ReyDDD-- you have to realize that this is big, considering what kind of message board we are, and how well known TWC Classics was before this board.

Exactly. Us succeeding is huge. I've always compared TWCC to Wal-Mart, as they are alot larger and more popular (or at least were, no longer though) then we. Anytime a small-timer can come along and keep up with the big dogs, that's something to be proud of. And of course there's also the topic of this site, as you mentioned. TWC sites and forums don't typically have particularly large followings. So to succeed with such a site is, again, something worth being proud of.

This is awful! I love Circuit City. I asked my grandma about it and she told me she thinks the company is going bankrupt or something.

They are bankrupt. They filed for Chapter 11 protection about two weeks ago.

LOL, you should know how bad our diets can be. People in our age group (late teens-early 20's) usually have the worst!

That's an interesting rainbow. It's upside down! Methinks it wasn't your average rainbow. The rainbow looks like its over a contrail left by an aircraft. The gases, water vapor,  and air from the contrail probably caused that rainbow to appear.

Many many moons ago the Babylonians created this thing called a calendar. It's very useful in determining the date of a day.

We use the Gregorian, btw.  But still...
