Oh nooo. That would be down the road a ways. I'm just talking about fulfilling the need for pleasure and human affection that all men and women have. There are only two ways to do that, and, well, ain't nothing like the real thing.

1. Get my driver's license, or AT LEAST my permit
2. Become more social and open
3. GAIN weight (yeah, you heard me right)
4. Overcome my fear of talking to the girl I 'like'

I'm planning to get my permit sometime next year, but as for your fear of talking to the girl you 'like', maybe in this case, I feel the same way as you, so maybe what if that girl rejects you or something, that's probably one reason I wouldn't prefer telling that one girl I like "I like you" or something. Either way, do what's best for you. Just giving you advice.

I don't know about Derek, but in my case, that describes my problem to a T. I have so many doubts its not even funny. What if she laughs? What if she thinks I'm ugly? What if she already HAS a boyfriend? What if she just blows me off? I'm just afraid that I'll be humiliated or rejected. 

That's why I don't deal with women.

Not so long ago I would have said the same thing. But eventually you reach a point where need and want the companionship of a woman. Being alone isn't all its cracked up to be.

I agree with Vic. Derek, you don't need to gain weight. Don't take this the wrong way, but when you posted your picture awhile back, I was stunned at how great you looked. I couldn't believe how much weight you shed. Your not too thin. And why take a chance on putting on TOO MUCH weight. Once you start putting pounds back on, you'll end up back where you were before you know it.

Not nessicarily, People have learned the lesson about gas guzzler's, about how they drive up the priced by using more gas

Tell that to MSNBC. That's kinda why I watch Fox News. Their Fair, Balanced and Educated.

Squizz, we may have seen $4 gas for the last time. I think its highly unlikely that gas will ever climb that high again. 

Let me reconsider my offer, $3.50, take it or leave it.
