I normally go to sleep between 2 AM and 3 AM during the summer. Lately, I've been running every night at about 1 AM down on the treadmill, so I need to run off (no pun intended) and do that...

Wow, I couldn't do that this late at night. 

For some reason, I feel more energetic at night; I've tried running in the morning, but I just felt really tired. Not sure why.

Well, whatever flaots your boat I guess.  ;D

With some you do have to reset it. And sometimes you even have to go into the properties of your network and release and renew your IP.

Oh i have that. I didnt know thats what it was.

I was afraid if i pressed one of those buttons, it would explode or something ;D

No, it just releases your current IP and gives you a new one.

mine says DCHP Release and DCHP Renew. same thing?
