Well it was 10 minutes ago, so it still could've happened.

Seems like that's more than enough time to determine that the problem must not be happening anymore.

And no one said anything that it was fixed, so how would I know?

Doesn't look like it. Although I have no doubt that people are going to start to leave if the behavior keeps up and we continue to do nothing. A warning system would really be nice right about now.
