It changed right at midnight. At least on the HD feed that I was watching, they broke for commercial at around 11:55 and it was green but once the Lot8s started it was blue.

Totally uncalled for. This is one more reason why I hate cops. As soon as they see a TV camera their ego grows 10x and the power goes to their head. He could have just as easily walked the guys over to their truck and they would have left. The reporter nor the camera man did anything worthy of having them arrested.

Anyways, I appreciate you guys your feelings about my latest news. I am seeing a positive outlook on life and hope things are gonna go well (despite the myspace threat I saw from him this morning. I simply threw it away). I have a busy time ahead of me. 

It was almost -20º where I am 2 months ago, 60s is nice to me but 80s is even better!

I'm sorry to hear about you and your BF but as Martin said on Twitter, there are sunny days ahead... in fact....

My iBook G4 is horrible when it comes to video stuff. When I try to run my new tuner on it, it skips when I record. It's maxed out with memory (1.25 GB), and I have nothing open other than the recording program.

That is why I need an Intel Mac, imagine processing the HD 1080i video I get off my DVR on a PPC. I can just hear it screaming in pain...

Fail!

O...M...G...    That reminds me of an episode of A&E's Parking Wars where they booted a Coke truck, the boot couldn't even fit on the tire...

Help and Support / System Clock has been set back

So here's the deal, I'm running the emulator in VMWare Fusion and when I am finished with it it put the system into a suspended mode in VMWare and close it. What I think happened is that I ran the emulator, put VMWare in suspended mode, a day later, opened VMWare and started the emulator before my system had a chance to update the time. Now when I try to open the emulator it give me an error saying that I set the time back. The clock is right now but it still won't let me open it. What can I do?

If I could get a PowerMac G4 Cube, maxed out with a PowerLogix Dual 1.5GHz G4 upgrade, DVD-RW, 23" Apple HD Cinema Display (the acrylic one), Final Cut Pro 2, and DVD Studio Pro 1.5 all in OS 9.2, I'd be in heaven. I'd take that over my MBP. The only issue is that most sites I go to (YouTube) won't work in any browser that I know of on OS 9.

I've convinced myself that I will never own an Intel Mac. It just goes against everything I stand for.

The PowerBook is a 1400c/166 in fantastic condition.

I used to have one of those, I think it was a 1400c/144 though, it was my first Apple laptop. My parents got it for me on my birthday when I was in 7th grade.... oh I miss those days...
