I have a question...Yes.
Can the logo have a background?The idea I have been working on actually involves half of the image to have a background and the other half to be transparent. Is this OK?

I am attaching two images to help you out... the orange circle dashes and the original forum logo PSD. Your job is to create a spectacular Halloween logo and send it in. The contest begins today (September 30th) and this contest ends October 17th. After which, I will put the logos up for a vote from October 18th - October 24th for a public vote for which one is the best. The winner will have their logo displayed for the week of the 25th through the 31st, which is Halloween! Go for it!
Just TWC continuing their policy of eliminating the experienced good OCM's and then turning around months later and hiring new ones. Makes you wonder if they made a mistake with all of those layoffs. On another note, the guy looks decent. I hope he is goodor.... they're doing cost cutting and getting rid of the higher tenured OCMs and hiring new ones for cheap.
