Just this segment, there was a 15 second black screen, followed by a small clip of EE music, follwed by a video. Then when Sharon introduced Jim's package, she sat there like a lame duck for over 10 seconds waiting for Master to figure out how to get the video working. Ugh.must be new hires working on this stuff who weren't properly trained
