Haven't been asked yet, but it's only been a year and a half. Besides, isn't it only those who are registered to vote that are asked, or do you simply just need a driver's license? I've heard both stories.

My dad is not registered to vote, but has been asked to serve for Jury Duty three times in his life. All you need is for any government agency to have your address somewhere, for example, but not limited to: Driver's License, Voter's Registration, Government Loans. As far as I know, it's done using your social security number as well. I have not been asked to serve yet, and I'll be 22 in July.

The world was supposed to end fifteen minutes ago in my time zone with a huge earthquake, and I haven't felt or seen a thing.  So, as one of your resident meteorologists here, I officially declare this prediction as:

Haha, win! This was the most overhyped false event I have ever heard. Even the radio stations here played marathons of songs pertaining to the "end of the world."

In light of the recently relaunched show openers and graphics and such, I have come to the decision that until the shows that will be relaunching new graphics/openers have been completed, that I will keep the logo rotation turned off. I have plans to work with Andy on creating new logos once The Weather Channel has completed their graphics/opener relaunch process. I don't want you guys to think that it's permanently disabled because I enjoy and like the rotation process. It will return soon, but I do not have an exact date. Stay tuned!

House got renewed, and it is most likely going to be the final season for several reasons. 1) Hugh Laurie has stated he wishes to depart the series after this season, thus the title character will leave. 2) Lisa Edelstein has stated she will not be returning for the 8th season. The show reached its prime and went full circle after House and Cuddy were a couple and broke up.

I've never heard of this game before.   When was this one created?

December 2009, but I don't think it got incredibly popular until several months later. It was created and released during the Swine Flu panic, thus the main enemy target are clearly green pigs. The birds are going after the green pigs for stealing their eggs.

Carl was on YWT this morning covering severe weather. I think that might be the earliest I've ever seen Carl on.

Carl has done Weekend View quite a number of times since the 2008 HD relaunch.

You can't delete a topic. You'll have to PM an administrator so they can do that for you. Make sure you link the topic to them.

Ana is correct. There is a check box that is not checked to allow non-administrators to delete topics for a reason, unfortunately. You will have to PM an administrator to have a topic deleted, and if they deem it eligible, they will be more than happy to delete it for you.

I just noticed that the guidelines are gone as well. Are the rules being rewritten or something?

It's a mod that hasn't been transitioned to the new SMF beta as of yet, thus cannot be reenabled at this time.

My taxes have been done since January.

Here's a question... Why do I only have trouble logging in from a computer, but I never get that login error if I view TWCT on my phone? And it has nothing to do with the mobile version of the site because I have it set to automatically take me to the full site.

Strange. Seems to have been fixed for me... Been logged in for a week now.
