Best Buy is better than say Walmart in terms of laptops. Make sure you invest in a replacement plan! I highly recommend it. I got the replacement plan on my laptop right before the store (CompUSA) started going out of business, so I was lucky as they discontinued replacement plan sales 1/1/2008 (i.e. they disabled the SKU's in the system). My laptop has started to show problems, but I have one coming hopefully in April, so I don't have to give Assurant a call about it. Do NOT get your laptop from places like Office Max, Office Depot, Target, etc, etc, etc. If you break it, you're SOL and will have to get another one.

Which part of it is ridiculous?

I've downloaded the SMF 1.1.8 forum software. I will base it off of weather, twc (Kinda a mix), and more things that people will find interesting

I would actually go with 2.0rc1 (like these forums) as it's almost near a full release now and imo, easier to upgrade.

If there is sunlight when you're going to sleep, couldn't you just pull the curtains/blinds?

It doesn't make the room completely dark. For natural sleep, the room has to be pitch dark for the body functions that happen at night to properly do what they need to do.

You have extra sunlight, thus less lights need to be on, etc
