he seems like a legit (meteorologist), and friendly guy. i don't mind watching him, they could use all the help they can get at this point.

Its not that I dont like the guy... just  I don't like the fact TWC is hiring replacing OCMs after they did their big OCM layoffs.

That's generally how layoffs work... they fire the ones getting higher pay so they can hire new ones for lower pay.

Jesse, why would I be offended about bugs in the new design? Doesn't seem like that would be my problem, since you created the design, and I only followed your directions in installing it. 

If your talking about the pages that haven't been put up yet, well those aren't exactly bugs. 

Jesse, just watch what your saying/doing. Martin runs this site, not you. I hope he does as I did, and makes the line between you and he real clear. Otherwise I can see you overstepping your boundaries real fast and real frequently. 

Don't worry... Me and Martin have been collaborating on AIM and anything that does or will get done has to get approved by him. for instance.... If I go to Martin on AIM and say "I have a bug fix/feature that could benefit the TWC Today site. It does x, y, z and fixes pi, beta, and theta. May I add the changes now?" and if he says no, I don't do it. He's in full control. We came to this agreement mutually. Don't worry. I'm not trying to overtake the site

This has been improved upon. The ustream chat client is taken out, and I have embedded mibbit. Seems to be working. You can use your registered ustream usernames in this. It'll ask for you to type /PASS ustreampasswordhere when you connect.

Somehow I doubt this server has the capacity to do live streaming video. There's a reason why so many people rely on other services to provide that bandwidth.

I think they're asking for a page that has the player code for martin's stream and a web based client underneath for the IRC... Which is not difficult at all.

i would love a way to stream here on TwcT and not just ustream (with like JWplayer for example.)

That would be AWESOME! But, is it even possible to have a permanent live stream of something?

  a site i know uses jwplayer constantly (kgs-tv.net) it doesent have to be live all the time it's a better alternative imo

I will look in to this.

The Blue Bar of Doom used to be the no-background-what-so-ever bar of doom until they brought in the blue because of the use of the bar during Storm Session at the time.
