Since Darby is taking over, do you think Smooth Jazz will end since he's there? This sounds kinda bizarre.....or peculiar, but why did TWC hire Darby if he hates Smooth Jazz?

Smooth Jazz will still be on the playlists... just not as much as it used to.  I don't have an answer to the second question. 

I hope you guys understand that they will not fire someone just over music preferences.

Good question. Maybe for one, they may choose a different song, no one knows yet though. Keep us posted on it.

It's not going to last long, that 80% will drop soon. Many people in my family were annoyed hearing rock on the LF..it got too distracting for them.

You know that pretty little button on the remote control? You know, the one that says MUTE? press it if you're that annoyed, or get your weather elsewhere.

You can listen to your rock on B101 or somewhere else, TWC is not the place for it.

Again, it's management's decision. If they want to put rock on there, they can. If they want hip hop, by all means, put it on there. If they want Jazz, they can put it on there. You're failing to understand they can do whatever they want and that our say most likely won't make them change their minds. Again, if it hurts you that much, don't watch.

IE 6 cannot do transparency in PNG images. That's not something I can fix nor will I. Upgrade your browser

Again, there is something you guys keep forgetting to realize... We are just a tiny portion of the userbase of TWC. Most people who watch TWC are just in it for the weather, and don't care about the music on the local forecast, just as long as they get their weather. Management has every right to do what they wish to the channel, it's THEIRS.
