This is something very random, yet cool. I made and is actually being created by the artists at CustomInk.com right now:

I had an iBook G4 too, up until just recently. FANTASTIC machines.

I have both Microsoft Office 2004 and 2008, if you want them.

In that case, may I have a copy of office 2004? If so Thank you so much, so then I can get back to those icons I was working on in my artwork section as soon as I get my old laptops hard drive enclosed as an external and I can get those icons and emulations back...

Well, I went online and got an iBook G4  (1 ghz, 256 mb's of ram, upgrading to 1 GB, 30 gb HD, 10.4.11 Tiger, and iLife) All I will need is a copy of Office 2004 or 2008 and I can finally get back to those icons I was working on, editing videos, and then finally forget about stupid wiNdoWs so soon things will be back to normal and I will no longer have to use my iMac G3 and best of all, I got a hard drive enclosure so if I can get my stuff off of the HD of the crapped out laptop with all of the icons and other important stuff I made, IF the HD is still working. The iBook should come Friday or Monday and the RAM upgrade, Tuesday or Wednesday...

THANK GOD!

I think it's always interesting to see what "things" the doppler radar does or can make. Right now, the rain in the midwest is making what looks like the number "9".

I think it looks like a weak hurricane!!! These systems are common though...

Not to me. ive seen Hate Speech and some lamar dude slandering an admin. Also I heard it will be about 200 dollars  to transfer data from my hard drive and that BSOD I had before it failed on me probably WAS my HDD but it couldnt have because if it was, I could still plug it in and it would work but the charge light doesnt go on as if it is dead so i doubt it IS the HDD. (Source of Tech Support: GeekSquad) If I could go to Compaq right now I would do this for making me lose an estimate of 100 dollars of TWC music:  :finger:  :censored: YOU COMPAQ & HP WITH YOUR SH!TTY COMPUTERS!!!!

Windows is where my $150.00 worth of TWC, Ryan Farish, and other songs went songs off of itunes went   <_<
You didn't back it up? I have a Windows Home Server and makes an image of each computer I have every night. If I buy a new computer or mine crashes I can do an entire restore in a breeze. Sorta like Apples Time Capsule.

Sounds like some kind of hardware issue with your laptop. So its likely not a windows issue at all. You could try taking the hard drive and putting it in an external drive enclosure or another laptop.

I did backups but stopped 3 months ago because Windows livecare was saying it couldn't backup for some reason. I could put the HD in another laptop but I may have found the problem. But there is a couple of possibilities of my laptop being ok: 1. I need to open my laptop and take the HD out and put it back in (Which I DO know how to do.) 2. Find a place to get the HD dumped 3. Do step one and check the RAM wires where it hooks up because I have had to do that before because HP (crappy) Tech Support wanted me to.

UPDATE: Replaced HD replaced ram. Plugged back in power cord. not charging. obiously something important in it is fried.

Did you install any new software, hardware? Change any settings or have any sudden shut downs? Try this, when booting tap the f8 key until a screen appears giving you boot option. Try "Last known good configuration" or enter safe mode. See if that does anything.

Ya but it won't turn on at all ill make a video though...
