Now I have the .NET Framework installed, this error keeps coming up when I try to install the emulator.

You want to click "open' to open the Microsoft installer file at that time, or save to save it to the "My Documents Folder"

Wow, something really weird is wrong with my computer. It keeps flashing black and changing weird colors. And sometimes, text is unreadable!

Sounds like your video card is going or your monitor is.
