Seriously, stay with Windows 7. To fix the internet, get on another computer with internet, find the driver on Dells website, put the setup file on a USB Flash drive, then plug the flash drive into the 7 computer, then launch install.

Doesn't the driver need to be designed for Windows 7?

The Earliest Weather Event that I remember was the 2003 Derecho that hit Kenosha, the skies were pitch black, golf-ball sized hail, very strong winds, and cloud to ground lightning striking several times a second. I was in school at the time, also.

They're several Cases of the Swine Influenza in my area. KUSD is even thinking about shutting down the schools. I think they are overreacting quite a bit.

Lansing is divided when it comes to tornado sirens. Most sirens that are in the downtown area or in the relatively close vicinity are Thunderbolts. Most of the suburbs <coughs> escapes from Lansing <coughs> are getting newer sirens, however. My guess is that these sirens are Federal Signal 2001s. Nevertheless, there is a different siren in Haslett, right behind the firehouse at the intersection of Haslett Rd and Okemos Roads. I think this one is the same siren Henry (Hen7713) has videos of on his channel. I will try to get videos soon.

I have videos of several sirens, the STL-10, P-50s, and P-15s.
Pretty much the whole Kenosha siren system is Consisted of Penetrators, which are P-15 and P-50s(lots of P-50s Yay! ) (and no those are not the whole Penetrator line, just the ones in Kenosha).

Chicago has a system consisting of 2001-DCs, a couple 2001-130s, and modulators
And that siren is a Modulator, its sounding in Alternate Wail, or Hi/lo wail.

UPDATE: The Siren near Handels Ice Cream in Toledo, Ohio is not a 3T22

It is actually a Federal Signal STH-10

And also there was never a Thunderbolt 1003T, the Thunderbolt series were; 1000, 1000T, 1003, 2000, 7000
Edit: Whops, that's an STL-10 video not an STH-10.
