Mesothelioma may or may not be cancerous, depending on the case.Nitrates and cured meats such as hot dogs can cause cancer. As well as asbestos which can cause lung cancer.
Actually asbestos causes Mesothelioma and Asbestosis more than cancer.

Yeah it would be illegal for them to have full songs.Not for them, since they are the actual company that produced the songs. Since they are theirs, they can do whatever they want with it. But yes, they need to be licensed
