EVENING AS REMNANTS OF HURRICANE IKE BEGIN TO MOVE OUT OF THE AREA. THE
FOLLOWING FORECAST IS BASED ON OBSERVED AND FORECAST 24 HOUR PRECIPITATION.

* FROM TOMORROW AFTERNOON UNTIL LATE THURSDAY NIGHT.
* AT 04 PM SUNDAY THE STAGE WAS 5.9 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON AND
CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 10.1 FEET BY TUESDAY EVENING. THE RIVER
WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 10.0 FEET...EXPECT MODERATE FLOODING OF HOMES IN THE
