General Discussion / Re: DETENTION!!!
« on: April 03, 2010, 10:14:41 PM »
Just thought I'd bump this old thread :P

I can only remember one detention in Elementary School, and I think one in Middle School. Can't remember what either one was for... but I was having some issues with a resource teacher in 8th grade. Nothing has happened since, and I too have cleaned up my act. Haslett is pretty mixed when it comes to discipline... strict in some areas yet careless in others. I think our system is fine as it is. I nearly got into a fight with a freshman, but it was really a joke and he's a lot nicer than I thought he was. Sounds like even that would have landed me (and possibly him) in trouble in Tyler's system  :fear:
Good thing you didn't get into a fight. Some school systems like mine have zero tolerance policies for things like that
Well, it depends on what the administration finds out. They can't know every rumor that's going about, and so long as no actual fight occurs in their sight or on school grounds, nothing will happen.
Or so you think lol. I hate it how our school has security cameras... everywhere >.< I mean, it's a good thing but often times just annoying.

Just to tack onto what Aaron said about the MI school system, well, auctualy about all schools accross the US. It's rediculous on how much homework schools are assigning. I don't know about anyone else here, but I can't do anything worth crap because all night long, I am doing homework, or homework. It doesn't help at all with people who have troubles understanding the material  It's kinda sad. I do agree that there needs to be education reform, but just putting more homework on people is making life difficult. I know people who just said screw it to the work because they have no time to do anything anymore. I think it's sad.

I am not green at all. Well, I use those florecent light bulbs (Ones that look like a screw), and just turn the lights off when I am not in the room.  That's it.

Normaly, I leave all of my stuff on. Computers, TVs, VCRs, all of that. I only turn off the lights lol.

Also, I am for nuclear power, and hydro power stations (Water). I am not really for wind power as it is not a ideal source for alot of power at all

Personaly, I think that the american people should be voting on this bill, not the senate and the house. Just another load of shit the government is pushing out on the people who are not in favor of this bill =\ (Excuse the language please, just trying to make a statement here ;) )

Aaron said 2 inches, theres barely any accumulation on the ground in my yard! :bleh:
I don't recall saying that :P
The airport reported 1.2 inches yesterday.
I'm happy to see snow any time, but I'm still craving the sun due to rough times.
Opps. Sorry thought you did say that :hmm:

For most it will just be a hunk of metal that nobody can use. I purchased one previously from this seller.

Is there anything you CAN do with it since it doesn't have a data source?
Some. You can make it display a "No Data" LDL (After being powered up for 90 minutes), go into it's diagnostics, ad crawl configuration, and all of that jazz.
