Well the Top 40 artists (Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, etc) are the only ones I'd find overrated. While classic rock is quite popular as well, I shouldn't call it "overrated" since I'm a fan of it myself.
I couldn't have said that better myself! I really only listen to classic rock... it's the only good music in my opinion (There's also Smooth Jazz that I like).

TWC and your Cable Company / Re: Comcast Sucks.

I heard that Comcast slept on the job and screwing up :o
Huh?
They can't screw up if no one is at the headend  It's all automated basically... If you are regarding that super bowl accident from Arizona a few years ago, I believe it was intended.

Hence I give up on this generations music style (I cant stand ANY music from 2000 foward), I am just sticking to the music I enjoy. I just bought the following two songs...
  • Top Sharp Dressed Man - ZZ Top
  • Linger - The Cranberries (1992 I believe)

Talk about it... I'd stay up until about 3 AM durring school days and i'd feel tired. Some days i'd be hyper during school. I think it's just what I do in the morning... if I ride my bike to school I am not loopy, but if I take the bus I am exhausted. Kinda funny how that works  But, I am an night owl for sure. I just need some other people to stay up and chat to me **cough** Zach **cough** :bleh:

The only time I stayed up for 48 hours was on December 23rd to December 24th. I wanted to just collapse when I walk... auctually that did happen. I was the new rug ;)
Naps are the best!! I easily stayed up 2-3am on school nights. My mid afternoon naps were awesome :D

Oh I am going down to the Outer Banks for the next few days. If I am not active I dont have an internet/cellular connection ;)
I agree! I love just taking naps. Almost everyday after school i'd just crash... but I would regret it when I had homework  :hmm:

Speaking of you not being active, I see you arnt on AIM or Gmail. Kinda a shocker for me since you seem to always be on lol

Dang, I think I'm about ready to pass out. No more staying up til 4 AM for me.
Aww I LOVE all nighters :P

If I HAD to do an all-nighter, I could only do it once. The night part isn't bad, it's the next day that's just

The first iPod I had was a iPod Mini (They are NOT mini... that is the fattest iPod to date  ). Then in 2007 I bought a Samsung YP-K3. I loved that thing, but then it stopped uploading music randomly... so thats when I got my iPod touch in 2008 and had it to date. Definatly time for an update

Anywho, I watched Wake Up With Al today for the very first time. For being a bit of a news segment, I was very occupied watching it. I should wake up earlier to watch it  :bleh:

Got my 3rd generation Touch today. Very snappy! Glad I got the generation with the upgraded processor. Man my iPhone 3G feels like a slow, bloated brick! The kinda-sorta multitasking is nice too
It may be time for me to upgrade to a 3rd generation iPod touch. I am still using my 1st gen. Don't get me wrong, it works great. Durable and blockish :P

I want to have clips for myself. I don't always have internet access, and I can't ask everyone for every last file or song I want. It's not that big of a deal either, I was just asking :whistling:
Ah yes, to have satellite for narrationless LFs. One of the reasons I would rather have cable. Just watch it when it rains hard and you're recording TWC with satellite, too. :whistling:
:rofl2:

But Aaron, if you are that desperate, just record TWC from the Comcast Central thing. Small video, but they bypassed the IntelliStar so you get a raw TWC feed when you just watch that.

Ouch, Curt! Thank goodness you're getting a new adapter. That must have been dangerous.

Anyways, it's two weeks till the 4th Family Reunion, and I'm very excited. I'm actually working behind the scenes with my design skills. I'm designing a "newsletter" with pictures and the names of the family, and I also designed the banner, which the picture of it is attached below. My uncle, who is an art teacher in Mexicali sketched the picture and I decided on the colors. My cousin and I worked on it all day, and it all turned out to be a success.

(from left to right: My sister, my cousin Handy, me, and my uncle.)
At least they are replacing it free of charge. They normally take forever for shipping, so I wonder why they chose 1 day shipping. Trying to avoid a lawsuit?  :rofl2:

But great job, Ana! That banner looks excellent! I love the colors. But hey, have a great time with the reunion! I hope you have a wonderful time

Nowhere in particular, really (except for the Mackinac Bridge Walk on Labor Day). I just really enjoy seeing the local forecasts from different angles, so I've been going all over the state the past 14 months. It somehow makes me proud to have credit for finding all these XL's in the state, and to have all these local forecasts from all these locations. I feel like a walking library, with some 1400 videos  :P

You travel all across MI just to see local forecasts?
Aaron may be going crazy! Call the authorities! :fear: Just kidding. But yet, it is a bit odd to go around the state just for that purpose. The only XL I ever saw in MI was the one in Petoskey... but I just went there to my uncles cottage and my grand parents 50th anniversary, so I had a valid reason

Any who, can somebody here help me with a bit of an issue... you see, I have a HP DV6 laptop (from 2007). The power adapter almost caught on fire. It was a light show, literally. So I contacted HP about it and they are shipping a replacement adapter with 1 day shipping for free. I noticed in the service order, the amperage was 2.4. On the current adapter I own, it's 3.5 amps. Can the change damage my laptop? (The voltage is the same... 18.5V outbound). Ohh, heres a picture of the adapter that caught on fire. You can see this wire hanging out from the insulation that should be covering it (But, the insulation melted ironically...)

Also, sorry for the bad quality. I took the picture with my phone ;)

Just woke up from a nap. Man I've been too sleepy since school let out.
I know what you mean!! Ive been taking long naps randomly each day haha
I tend to sleep until 12 PM now that school is out... wonder why that is :bleh:
I just woke up from a 4 1/2 hour nap and I still feel somewhat tired.  :P
I am always tired now, I don't know why. Now my day consists of watching the TV, being on the computer, eating, or sleeping. What a healthy combination :P

I'd make the lines a bit less thick and make the end of the lines square, not round
