I noticed that WCL ended a little earlier than normally today before the :48/:49 LF today, I am not sure if it is permanent or not. It could be a programming change, or maybe it was an accident. Who knows.

Oh yeah, I just remembered, if you have the Boat and Beach segment enabled, turn that off. It worked for me after I did that.
