In this case, your IS feed wasn't switched.. but whenever there is a N/A CC screen on the IS (for all IntelliStars as a matter of fact), it's defaulted to the headend's location (hence the mixed-case site).
Also, IMO, I would check and make sure the IDs are different or not before assuming that you're seeing a different IS.
