You might be able to view it full screen by changing your resolution to 800x600.

OK. Hypercam can. I'm actually doing something very illegal with mine.I may be blocked by you on Youtube, but here's what I'd do to fix the quality:I don't believe that can be done with CamStudio.
Get your screen recorder and choose to fit it down to a window, pick the emulator as the window, and then start recording it as if you were recording a 4000 emulator.
