FYI, I think Almanacs are based from the closest metropolitan city. Billy's almanac comes out of Harrisburg.

Nope. As of a while back, they changed it to York Airport.

They ran footage from Raleigh on the overnight Weather Center from "WCNC-TV". WCNC is in Charlotte; they might have intended WNCN.

The same thing happened with a Broadcasting and Cable article yesterday where they talked about KVNV as KNVN (which actually is a television station).

That doesn't sound like a blooper to me. Screenshots?

Banned for I put the yt:stretch=16:9, which stretches it out to fit the screen, into the tags of that video, and it still seems to come out in 4:3.

Banned because I put it through Windows Movie Maker, and I rendered it as 720p HD.

Banned because it's natvie 4:3, which makes me doubt its actually HD

Banned because yes it is HD. The video was recorded in 16:9, but, the news station hasn't gone HD yet.
