I think he took that down awhile ago, didn't he?I, too, thought it was kind of neat to look at an archive of the forums, but I think Matt said a lot of the links were broken, or that he lost most of the site.

I just went through the worst power outage since 2008 for me. According to my UPS (uninterruptible power supply), it lasted about 52 minutes, and yes that is quite long for me because my power is delivered via ungerground wiring.
