I have noticed some cable providers do broadcast their SD signals in stereo though.

Before you posted that, I asked in a thread at TWCC to the STAR Team to see if there was a fix, and now after reading your post I guess there isn't. 
EDIT: Like I said in the video, maybe the cable company doesn't realize that TWC SD regularly broadcasts in stereo now unlike in the past when it was mono.

I do still have it, but I just have no way of compressing the videos I record of it into 16:9.
Say Zach, I don't suppose you could record the two Chris Geith songs this month in stereo?? I know for a fact they're not gonna be released on his new CD....
In regards to the jr emulation, sorry about that. I did make one, I just forgot to send it.
I haven't been around my TV lately but I can try to hook up an audio jack from my receiver to my laptop and record it through Audacity.
