My reaction at TWCC

Bullshit.

The only reason the 3000 was put out of commission was because it failed to produce a warning tone, which by 2004, was against FCC standards for technology that announced weather warnings on television. If it was able to produce a tone, it would still be with us today.

However, the 4000 and Junior can still produce tones (I think ).

Weekdays are never good for me. Can we try next Saturday (the 6th)? I would love to do one tomorrow since highs will be in the 40s for us and I'd like to capture a LAT48s when it's cold.
