It starts out with the Regional Obs screen, then almanac, and freezes at the Daypart Forecast. And what you mentioned, Steve, is that it only happens in morning hours.

Bright House is the cable company in my area.

at least they have most of the old analog in clear qam unlike comcast

They don't even have TWC on QAM here.

Today is my last official day for school before exams. I'm a bit upset thhough because I've actually made friends for once unlike the shy person I was in middle school, and two are going off, one I've known siince 4th grade. Sad day.
