I believe the last time they tried to insert L3rds over long-form was back in 2008 when they aired "Storm Session" during Tropical Storm Fay.

Station IDs and promos are cutting in late, and commercials/TWC promos are cut in to. I also notice local ads are coming in a second late as well.
