I've actually been wanting summer to go by so I can see the friends I will be seeing again next year. One of the friends who was supposed to be moving changed their minds and wanted to stay at my school. Then again, this summer has been a blast for me and I don't want it to end, becayse I've been able to have some more family time and less time online.

I haven't watched PME on a Friday in a long time nor have I ever seen that graphic before.

I personally like the LDA behind the local LDL. Although it does ruin the meaning of HD; the way I see it, it could be a resource for travel forecasts although the national radar will be blocked off by a local radar.

What are your opinions about Weatherscan?
As far as its future? Current product? I believe we aren't going to see any radical changes to the overall system for some time to come however NBC/TWC is starting to renew interest in it as evident by the Dish/Weatherscan deal thats supposed to happen. Trammell certainly wont return and if there is any changes to the music I imagine it would be something more modern/rockish/etc to attract wider audiences. Probably its a good thing they aren't interested in changing it

It would be interesting to see if they're developing in WxScan again and going to change the playlist. Since I'm no Weatherscan expert, I think 4 Trammell songs are used on the current playlist lineup, and none of them are from CD One.

I have a cousin in Blacksburg at Tech that I visited a few years back. I recall the 4000 but I swore I saw a video on YT of it at one time. I cant seem to find it now. Hummm

There was also one in Fredricksburg back in 2005. I was shocked to find out via Youtube that Wakefield had one!

Dr. Steve Lyons was popular. He had his own promos, and was well-respected by many viewers.

Dave Schwartz was just as popular as Dr. Lyons IMO. He didn't have his own promos, but he was a great OCM and TWC just didn't have the money to keep him.
