Are they randomly coming at :08 and :38's? It seems to me it's only extended for those special coverage telecasts.

That honestly wouldnt make sense if they did... they cut the :08/:38 LFs to get out extended coverage... ironic

I didn't use Photoshop, I have Photoshop but I rarely use it.

What do you use?

He uses Powerpoint. He is was well known for that on his video emulations but i think he still uses it on concepts
