I don't care what the forecast is going to be in NYC, Buffalo, or Pittsburgh... I want the forecast for MY area! What's going on?

These forecast videos, if I recall, have always been based off of the closest major/major regional city.

Not all of them.. certain major cities (Tampa, Atlanta, Philadelphia, NYC, LA, Orlando, Miami, etc) had the OCMs actually do the forecasts dedicated to those areas. I have a video of the style they did for Tampa

XL Emulations aren't meant to be made with Premiere..  Premiere was designed for was video editing, while After Effects was designed for video animation

The weather.com local forecasts now use TruVu Max instead of Vizrt

Not all of them. Buffalo's has not changed as of yet.

It must only be for cities that had the OCMs do the entire forecast for just that city.

That's actually a change I like. Seeing how many people visit the Atlanta area, they wouldn't know what Midtown was, even though it was obviously over the city of Atlanta itself.

Sorry for double posting...

This is a weather.com forecasting question.  For the Norman forecast tonight, I am noticing a contradiction.  For the "forecast summary" under the Now conditions, I see this:

"Through 4am: A period of steady snow is likely between 1am and 2am. Mostly cloudy with temperatures steady in the mid 30s. Winds NNE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 70%. No significant snow accumulations through 4:00am."

But for the text forecast for tonight, I see this:

"Considerable cloudiness. Low 34F. Winds NNE at 10 to 20 mph."

So is it going to snow tonight, or not?  Why doesn't the Tonight Forecast say "chance of snow" and use the snow showers icon, if that's what the forecast summary says?

Snow is however in Norman's Daypart forecast at 2 AM CT http://www.weather.com/outlook/driving/interstate/hourbyhour/graph/USOK0388

How would you even know? You have an XL, which in no way uses HiRAD technology...

Okay, so much work on the portal in so little time I made a small change to my CC screen (had to revert to the NWS one due to TWC axing their XML feed ).. but you can now enter your airport code to see the report for your area http://zach.dyndns-work.com:53205/current_conditions/cc.php?site=KVDF just replace KVDF with your airport's ICAO

It's exactly what I used last year though since I no longer go by Totodile (still Totodile at heart though ), I changed it to my current alias of Servine

All I did though was just modify the PSD
