According to a facebook post, Bill now owns and operates a yogurt shop in the Atlanta area. Glad to see he is doing well.
Yes, this has been discussed before. ;)

I'm not sure when this happened, but the LOT8s corner ad was made smaller, so that it no longer juts out of the LDL.
So they didnt preempt after all? :poke:

Sometimes on the 10am ET show the Al Rocker segments are from 6am and they do live segments with Stephanie Abrams. Today it was all live.
The 10 AM hour always has the Steph segments live.

Also, Al Roker was live at 10AM ET. This is the first time he is live at this time.
I could have sworn he's been live at 10 AM in the past..

General Discussion / Re: Economy Tracker
« on: February 28, 2012, 07:32:22 PM »
A good reason why the stock market is never a good true indicator of a country's economy: the Dow today closed up above 13,000. The last time the Dow was at that level, our jobless rate was nearly half of what it is now.
They try to inflate the numbers like that all the time, though not all times that the stock numbers go up to such heights are they false readings (causing tremendous downfalls in short time), so it might really be at 13,000+ or it might not.

The summertime pattern has started 4 months early...
It's not the summertime pattern, it's just isolated storms ahead of a warm front.
It felt summer-like this afternoon.
Yeah it did but its not a summertime pattern ;)

Yikes - that 4000 is in awful condition, except, interestingly, for the radar!  I must admit, though, that it makes for some very interesting visual effects.
The radar usually doesn't degrade much when there isn't precipitation on it.

That isnt necessarily true.. this 4000 had the same amount of precip on it as the one above yet it still has degradation to it

Have you made any effort to contact TWC or the Star team here to get the problem looked at?
It's not my 4000  the ST wouldnt be able to take care of it either its a totally diff department

Anyone else a little annoyed that the local forecast pretty much always starts at the 9's except for at :28 and :58? Might as well change the name because it's pretty misleading at this point, even though I doubt they will because of the historical aspect of its name.
Thats because the LFs at :08/:38 and :18/:48 are not full 2:00 LFs.. also, I dont know about you but those LFs dont always start at :x9 after for me

This is really nothing new.  It's been like that for awhile now. ;)

I wasn't aware, because I never watch the online videos outside of the local ones
