Hey Brian -- just thought Id let you know I got everything working now 
As it turns out, the feb2011.zip file was still in my browser's cache and that must have been why I couldnt get the emulator to work right 
Also, I cannot seem to get the Boat and Beach and Aviation segments to work
I remember those grabbed images from weather.com and if they were from the XOAP server (which now 404s), be sure to change the URL from xoap.weather.com to fcgi.weather.com and see if that helps.. the directories of the images do not need changing, just the domain that they map to

Yes I have used this computer for the emulator in the past.. I turned off all packages as you suggested and still nothing.. I can see the CCs downloading because the LDL will pop up but nothing else.. I also noticed in my configuration for the main CC site, the two images where the radar is supposed to be are non-existent and when I look in my radar folder, no new files were popping up

I had my DirecTV app disabled by pressing exit on the remote so that's why it wasnt there.. and the STAR sponsor logo only cues on squeezeback locals during long form programming.. thanks for the information though

Back in the day, we had a notification mod installed that actually stretched across the whole forum under your user controls and was red to indicated a new PM is that mod still available by any chance?
