Latest Release Information / Re: Emulator Release - June 2009
« on: March 05, 2010, 12:37:53 AM »
It's currently up right now. You know.. I have been pondering why nobody has decided to create a theme that looks like TWC's VIZ graphics for the emulator..

funny how my cable tv guide shows weatherscan as "weatherscan local" still.. after 7 years of it being gone and changed to simply weatherscan..

Help and Support / Re: Runtime Errors
« on: January 21, 2010, 02:41:43 AM »
the program must be setup to run as administrator.. for some reason, when its setup (which i cant figure out how its doing this) it doesnt allow the program to write back to the files in its own directory. that means even running the setaffil.exe program as administrator to set your ID. try like that and let us know how that works out.

Help and Support / Re: requested acount to martan, no answer atm.
« on: January 05, 2010, 09:38:34 AM »
Have you gotten a response back from Martin? If not, send me a PM with an ID and password (it doesnt need to be a personal password, something simply used to configure this emulator).

General Emulator Discussion / Re: Old Radar Maps Found
« on: December 15, 2009, 11:58:22 PM »
i know the classic maps on TWC are more like the original maps used on weatherscan, however they arent easily customizable for your area. the current maps used with the emulator (satellite and radar) simply rely on your local latitude & longitude which i find more flexible than working with a predefined cut of a region and selecting a space from within that area. Chazz and I are actually going to work on an idea that will use the traditional basemap that the XL uses with floating radar data and see if we can come up with something more realistic. i will have to figure out how i will do that though. its an idea thats in the works!

Well here goes it: At my work, one of the office people found online this challenge that seems kinda fun, so we all have been trying to identify these christmas songs, however some have me stumped too!! Your welcome help share in on the challenge to complete the sheet! Instead to type everything out, i just took a picture of the sheet with our progress so far. Good Luck and thanks for any submissions to complete it!
