Glad to see there has been so much progress with the emulator lately, Brian! I tried to access the CINE server today but it seems to be down. 

-EDIT: Everything's working fine now!!

 BTW absolutely love the addition of the city themepack. Your image editing skills are always top notch!

I was down part of the day Monday/Tuesday as I was affected by Sandy's power outage massacre. I was able to bring all services up by noon Tuesday afternoon. By the way, thank you for the kind words, I am glad everything is working for you. Also, the city theme pack was sent to me by one of the emulator users to add into the distribution. I am welcome to add more if anyone would like to contribute the remaining types:
-Ocean -East
-Ocean -West
-Mountain -East
-Mountain -West
-Forest
-Southwest

Any other type of theme would be welcome, however those are in the book. :-)

What may also help is going through this list: http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/observations/state_roundup/ms/

What the program is looking for is the TRUE "Regional Weather Roundup", an example of this: http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/observations/state_roundup/ms/msz074.txt

Some WFO's put out a "Zone Forecast Product" which looks similar to this: http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/observations/state_roundup/ms/msz048.txt
This type of forecast is not interpreted by the emulator.

The best thing I would do is scour that directory and make sure your selecting a zone which shows the proper forecast layout, and it's date modified is recent, not years old.

Sorry for bumping this, but I'm getting the same problem now.

I'm trying to set up the configuration for Jackson, MS and no cities are showing up after I selected Hinds County (zone 048) so I can select a Current Conditions city.

Edit: There's no cities showing up for Rankin County (zone 049) also. That county is across the river from Jackson and houses Jackson's official observation site (JAN - Jackson Airport).

I believe I isolated the problem to the theme selection. When the account was created, there was no theme configured. Even though Neighborhood was at the top of the list, it was not selected. I would consider this a bug and will correct it on the server side. I also temporarily adjusted the packages to be shown to 'Local Forecast' and 'Airport'. Can you verify if the Emulator is working on your side and let me know?

If it is working, reconfigure the packages you would like to see. Don't forget to select "Build Now!" under 'Review Cfg'n' after you make that change.
