Long-form was preempted for the third day in a row today. It also appears that all shows are now using the small LDL/L3rds, even though they used the large local LDL all throughout regular DP today, until they realized their mistake (you couldn't read any L3rds) at 1:30 PM ET and cued the (correct) small one.

All of the IntelliStars must've been rebooted. There was only one frame of radar data at 11:18.

They've been using the small LDL and L3rds for 10 PM ET WC. Not sure if this a blooper or if they're using it for all WC blocks now.

Right. The Vortex2 team would never put themselves in harm's way. They're all trained meteorologists who know and realize the potential dangers and how to keep themselves safe in a dangerous situation.
