Currently under our first Tornado Warning of the year!

On the subject of HP laptops. I got a dv6000 in July 2007 and by April 2008, it was dead. Overheated and needed a new motherboard, graphics card, and wireless card. I got a Dell Inspiron 1525 after that, had haven't had a problem with it.

Interesting. They just played a Coppertone-sponsored UV forecast local insert, and right when the local portion cued, I heard the IntelliStar buzzing. I've never heard it outside the local forecast before.

Breaking News L3rds being shown during Long Form.

Interesting. I believe the last time they tried to insert L3rds over long-form was back in 2008 when they aired "Storm Session" during Tropical Storm Fay.

They did a short weather update with Paul Goodloe at the bottom of the hour during the 1 AM ET long-form block. The update looked like it was recorded, and it was letterboxed for SD viewers, just like  the EEWC reprise during the first week of June 2008.

HD LDL on for special coverage today but weirdly on SD its the Big LDL 

My guess is that it gives HD viewers the chance to see a bigger picture.

It's a "special coverage" day. The small LDL is supposed to be showing, but network control doesn't realize that, and is cuing the large IS LDL over the small national LDL/L3rds.
