Anyway, Comcast sucks as far as quality is concerned. As soon as you have a problem,I promise you'll want to get rid of them. And they keep getting worse too. 
Interestingly enough, I got a notice in the mail from Comcast today stating that in-house wire maintenance is no longer a free service. However, you can nw get a plan where for an additonal $2.95 a month (added to the already outrageous bill most of us have) they'll still take care of the inside wiring. How retarded is that? I mean, do they have a committe whose job it is to see how many ways they can screw their customers? >
Indeed they do. Comcast buying out SusCom here was the worst thing that could've happened. Our cable bills went up, and they removed some channels from the basic cable lineup. Also, there were times that out internet would be down for hours. I remember one time last summer, out internet was down for at least three days. When it first went out, we called Comcast, and they told us they were working on the problem, and it should be up shortly, and three days later it comes back. That's simply unacceptable. That kind of stuff never happened before Comcast took over here.
