Because last week some were issued for my area but I noticed that they did not show up on my IS.Some of the lower-priority watches/warnings/advisories like Red Flag Warnings and Fire Weather Watches are not shown. What kind of warning was issued for your area, but not shown?

This whole situation reminds me of the November 1995 "playlist." For the first few days the month, they brought back the February 1995 playlist, and then for a few more days they played random music until the final playlist was phased in by mid-month.
