So how do you get your cable channels? Do you hook the tuner to the cable box?
Yeah, or directly from the wall jack. Did you actually think you could get cable channels over the air?

Billy, i also need your help with a few other things:

Do you use the antenna? How many channels does the antenna signal for?

I want to use the antenna and see if comcast's channels will be scanned.

And for the antenna, does it need to be raised or can i leave the antenna's height the way it is? I'm using the antenna to see if the tuner can scan and carry TWC on cable.
1. Occasionally. I get about three channels OTA, but that's because I'm in the middle of nowhere.

2. No, you're not going to get any cable channels with an antenna, so don't even try. It's not going to work.

3. Sure, raise it, it may increase the number of OTA channels you can pick up.

Cool. I noticed that the application fails to load when I don't have the tuner plugged in.
Correct. You can't do much with the WinTV app. if there's no tuner plugged in.

EDIT: It's working!  :thrilled: Billy is this how your application looks like?
Yes, that is what the WinTV app looks like.

They removed the September and October lists from every single year.
That's certainly strange. Maybe it's a bug of some sort with their site.

They have the May 2008 playlists up on the site, and they're actually split up in dayparts.
