That's because I work outside in the parking lot. It's either wear an orange shirt or keep the blue and wear a bright yellow vest.An orange polo shirt for work because they're making us wear orange now.Orange? That's not even Walmart's colors!![]()

Hello Mr. Miller,
Thank you for contacting The Weather Channel Interactive.
I will forward your email message, expressing your disappointment with the
recent increase in long-form programming features on the network to our
producers and programming directors. Needless to say, it greatly concerns us
that this addition to our weekday afternoon programming line-up have
negatively impacted your TWC viewing experience.
We are always happy to hear from our viewers and hope you will continue to
watch The Weather Channel for many years to come.
Sincerely,
Chris Hoitsma

My favorite quote happened on a Weekly Planner a couple of weeks back.It seems that on every Sunday night he mentions that he has off Mondays.
"On Monday, for those of you going back to work, I'll be sleeping in, don't call me."
Last week I already started seeing back to school ads. What? It's still June! That reminds me when I started seeing Christmas ads last Halloween.![]()

I think everyone here owes it to themselves to ***** up a storm by using the assistance request form there. TWC needs to at least know that their changes aren't universally popular, especially considering that TWC is now essentially off the air during two big severe weather hours of the day.
Dear The Weather Channel,
The addition of the 3 PM ET block of long-form programming on weekdays is a terrible decision. Having two straight hours with no live weather on The Weather Channel is just an absolutely horrible mistake.
People want to see the weather LIVE, not what would happen if a tornado struck some city or hear about some kid getting struck by lightning in his favorite pair of shorts.
Please remove at least one of the two afternoon hours of long-form programming.
