Anyone heard of Qik Joe Ice Melt? I see their commercials on TWC (as a local advertisement), and the commercial looks like it's 15 years old.

I wonder if anyone here has been lucky enough to be switched to a neighboring XL, 4000, or jr while their intellistar was repaired.Yeah, it's happened before. Back in early 2006, someone in the Boston area temporarily had a neighboring XL for a few hours.
